| Description STATEMENT OF THE JOB The Therapist for the Late-Life Depression Program provides counseling services using an evidence- based model of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to a specific target population of older adults within a specific geographical region of Riverside County. Therapist will also conduct outreach in the community to recruit prospective clients, attend regular meetings and training sessions. This position reports directly to the Director of Counseling Services.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Provides individual counseling services to older adults according to fidelity of Late Life Depression CBT model. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 1. Commitment to the Catholic Charities’ mission – “Providing Help, Creating Hope”. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 1. Bilingual Spanish, proficient in speaking, writing and reading. |
