Engage youth in therapeutic relationships that encourage and foster positive participation in school and the residential treatment program.

Work closely with the team of therapists, teachers, psychiatrists, mental health counselors to provide a safe, healing and therapeutic milieu.

Qualifications/Requirements:

BA/BS preferred.

Experience in the field is a plus.
