| Description ChildNet Youth & Family Services, Inc. is currently seeking Clinicians for our Behavioral Health Services division.Behavioral Health Services (BHS) provides mental health services to children from infancy to young adulthood at schools, foster homes, parental homes, and child care centers. Position Summary: DUTIES: • Direct supervision of all clients assigned to the caseload and maintaining a caseload of 12 clients. •Coordinate services with the educational needs and objectives of the local school. •Provide comprehensive services including individual/group therapy and collateral services as needed in the home, school and/or office environment. •Collaborate with clients’ foster parents/biological parents, CSW’s, foster family agency social workers, teachers, medical doctors, psychiatrists, law enforcement, probation department and case managers for an interdisciplinary team approach. •Ensure full participation of the family in the development and implementation of service strategies when appropriate. •Coordinate service delivery with county agencies, families, primary care givers, significant others and local schools. •Ensure the health and safety of all clients. •Provide crisis intervention (24 hours/day, days/week). •Ensure program complies with all federal, state, county and school district regulations. •Complete DMH paperwork and BHS paperwork and maintain all deadlines. •Responsible for maintaining accurate information and necessary documents in clients’ charts via reviews and updates. •Attend all individual and group supervision on a weekly basis. •Attend team meetings, all staff monthly meetings and any other training required. •Participate and maintain deadlines for presenting cases to the Utilization Review Committee. •Provide 1620 units of service per week. •Any other duties as assigned. |

| Skills •Must have a Master’s degree in a mental health related field of study. •Registered ASW / MFT Intern OR MFT/LCSW License OR a waived MFT/LCSW qualifying as an LPHA •Ability to complete extensive DMH paperwork (Training provided). •Ability to consistently meet deadlines. •Ability to handle crisis situations. •Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required. |

| Notes All employees must pass an employment TB, drug and physical exam. Dept. of Justice/FBI/Child Abuse Index Search clearance must be on file prior to the first day of work. To meet the insurance underwriting requirements of this agency, employees must maintain a good driving record and keep a current copy of their auto insurance on file in Human Resources. |
