Associate Therapist Position – Private Practice | Hermosa Beach, CA

I am currently seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Associate Therapist to join my private practice in Hermosa Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate who is looking to build a strong, sustainable caseload within a collaborative and supportive private practice setting in the South Bay.

About the Practice
Our suite includes four licensed psychologists and multiple associate clinicians, creating a dynamic and collegial environment. We offer dedicated spaces for working with individuals, couples, families, and children/teens, along with opportunities for both in-person and telehealth sessions.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow a flourishing private practice under supervision, with the ability to build and retain their caseload as they move toward licensure and independent practice.

Open to collaboration, learning, and growth within a team setting
Having an existing caseload is a plus, but not required.

Start Date
