Psychotherapist Position at Wellspring Psychotherapy Center

Exciting opportunity to join our San Rafael or Novato psychotherapy centers providing evidence-based psychotherapy to children, teens, adults, and families. Currently, all work is done remotely until further notice.

This is a great opportunity for a licensed (LMFT, LCSW, PhD. or PsyD), or Associate therapist to focus on providing therapy to motivated clients, receive excellent training, consultation, and support without the burden of running your own business.

The therapist’s minimum commitment needed for this position is two afternoons/ evenings a week and a Saturday or Sunday or three afternoons/evenings a week. We are prioritizing candidates who are interested in seeing 20-35 clients a week. Your salary will depend on the number of clients you see per week. There are part-time to full-time opportunities in our San Rafael and Novato locations. We do not accept applicants who plan on working in another solo or group private practice. We are only hiring licensed or associate therapists, not trainees at this time.
