The Position: Club Xcite is hiring paid MFT associates who are

looking for work with added supervision hours. We are offering opportunities for

those currently looking to gain experience with social, behavioral, and emotional

regulation.

We are looking for candidates who have a background in, or 2+ years of experience

working in, any or all of the following: ABA Therapy, Mental Health, ADHD/ADD

Coaching, Special Education, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Behavioral Therapy.

Supervision:

You will be granted free supervision hours by an LMFT.

MFT: Full Supervision Hours

Position descriptions:

In-home & in-school therapists: Therapists provide 1-1 services to children with skills

deficits in the areas of Social, Behavioral, and Emotional development.

Qualifications: ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

– 2+ years of previous experience working with children and/or adolescents

(REQUIRED)

– Ability to communicate well with others

– Have a master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and an intern/associate number

– Ability to work independently as well as with a team of caring and motivated

Professional experience supporting students and their families in the following areas:

Stress, anxiety, overwhelm, depression
School Refusal
Lack of motivation
ADHD, OCD, Perfectionism
Emotional regulation
Managing impulsivity
Social & peer relationship issues
Tantrums & oppositional behavior
Parenting or sibling related challenges
Problem solving & flexible thinking
Managing life changes (Grief, Trauma, Divorce)

– Must have reliable transportation source and at least 6 hours available in the

weekday afternoons and/or weekends

Hours and Pay: PART TIME 5-15 HOURS/WEEK. $20-25/hr starting based upon

experience and qualifications, plus paid training and supervision
