Job Overview:

  • Provide outpatient individual, family, couple, and/or group therapy
  • Work with various demographics including couples, children, teens, and adults
  • Therapists are expected to complete 30 patient sessions per week
  • This is an in-person position.
  • Schedule: Day shift; evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must have at least 800+ hours toward licensure
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Master’s Degree in counseling or social work
  • Registered with the BBS as an AMFT, APCC, or ASW/ACSW in the State of CA. A copy of registration must be provided to Abundance Therapy Center.
  • At least 1 year of experience in providing therapy post-graduation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in a private practice setting is highly preferred.
