Job Overview:
- Provide outpatient individual, family, couple, and/or group therapy
- Work with various demographics including couples, children, teens, and adults
- Therapists are expected to complete 30 patient sessions per week
- This is an in-person position.
- Schedule: Day shift; evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have at least 800+ hours toward licensure
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Master’s Degree in counseling or social work
- Registered with the BBS as an AMFT, APCC, or ASW/ACSW in the State of CA. A copy of registration must be provided to Abundance Therapy Center.
- At least 1 year of experience in providing therapy post-graduation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in a private practice setting is highly preferred.
