JOB DUTIES:

* Responsible for the clinical functions of The Bella PHP/IOP program
* Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team of providers, including: therapists, dietitians, Psychiatrists and nurses
* Provides individual, group, milieu and family therapy to patients
* Conducts psycho-educational groups
* Conduct initial consultations as assigned
* Develops case conference updates, individual treatment plans, and provides clinical information regarding residents at weekly treatment team and staff meetings
* Completes all necessary documentation to maintain resident health records
* Develops individual treatment goals, objectives, and interventions
* Provides meal support by modeling well-balanced eating for patients
* Provides crisis intervention as needed
* Supports and assists floor staff with milieu management
* Supports patients in activities of daily living
* Assists and supports in utilization review
* Perform other duties as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

* MS, MA, PhD, or PsyD required
* Licensed MFT, LCSW, PhD, PsyD OR Post Graduate MFT, PsyD, PHD, or intern (MFTI)
* Experience with the Eating Disorder population desirable
* Some clinical experience with trauma-related disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and substance abuse disorders desirable
* Works well in teams/cooperative
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Experience with Electronic Health Records system desirable
