Title: Intake and Family Coordinator
Department: Clinical Services
Supervisor: Clinical Director and Program Director
Essential Functions:

  • Maintain a family caseload that includes weekly family calls, in-person family sessions. Educate and communicate with families on how to best support clients’ treatment goals. Coordinate treatment with program therapists.
  • Maintain a caseload of individual clients. Includes individual sessions, weekly referent contact, and coordinating care with ancillary service providers. Review and update treatment plans according to facility standards and complete discharge summaries when indicated.
  • Conduct intake assessments. Ensure assessments of clients are thorough, complete and timely. Recommend services that reflect an appropriate level of care. Provide client with initial orientation to the treatment facility.
  • Demonstrate clinical competency.
  • Maintain confidentiality regulations.
  • Adhere to facility documentation standards.
  • Attend clinical trainings, weekly staff meetings and supervision sessions.
  • Contribute to quality improvement and systems development.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Level or Doctorate level pre-licensed clinician.
  • 1-3 years of experience working within a drug and alcohol treatment program preferable.
  • Maintain professional license or certificate, if applicable.
  • Strong time management skills, including punctuality.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, management and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting assigned deadlines.
  • Have a respectful and professional demeanor and demonstrate appropriate clinical boundaries.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

$15-$18/hr DOE
