Vista Hill has an opportunity for a Behavior Health Consultant in the rural community of Julian & surrounding areas. This is part of our innovative and award winning Smart Care program. In this program our employees work autonomously to partner with local health care providers, identify community health and wellness needs, and find out-of-the-box solutions for an underserved population. You will have the opportunity to create, supervise, and participate in health activities, interventions, screenings and assessment.

Requirements:
• Master’s degree required

• License preferred (LCSW, MFT, PhD) but intern number in prep for licensure is accepted

• Experience with health and wellness issues for both adults and children

• Spanish speaking preferred

• Knowledge of Julian rural community preferred.

This is a full-time position with great employer-paid benefits, including pension.
