Description
FFCS is a growing team of mental health clinicians in group practice in Pasadena and LA. We contract with managed care panels, schools, and other mental health organizations to provide quality care for our communities. Must be able to start at a school based caseload of at least 10 hours per week; but you are always able to accept more clients if you choose. School hours are 8am until 2pm weekly. See your caseload of clients anytime between those hours daily based on your own schedule. School based clients can be seen when in school. School year usually runs from August through June. No clients will be seen in July. Work will resume again in new school year. We ask that if you commit to this position, realize children are your clients and we hope that you can commit to ending a full school year as their counselor.Require a once per month staff case conference on the first Thursday of every month. Position is paid once per month.

Skills
Must have Masters in social work, marriage and family therapy or counseling. Licensed preferred. Must be BBS registered. Must have experience in working with children and families. Would like applicant to have IEP attendance experience. Must be responsible and able to manage schedule and clients in a timely and respectful manner. Must have own malpractice insurance. Must clear a live scan and TB test. Must be able to collaborate with a team.
