Excellent opportunity for a Therapist/ Case Manager. A dynamic, multidisciplinary outpatient program in a non profit agency is seeking a Full Time Therapist to provide intensive, in-home therapeutic services for an identified child and family in order to provide Assessment, Crisis & Brief therapy, Crisis Resolution, stability and linkage to appropriate referrals. Responsibilities include: individual & family therapy, case management services, coordination, advocacy, and collaboration with other community agencies, especially schools, as well as documentation completion (i.e. assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharges summaries).
Opportunities to provide groups for adolescents.
Diagnostics, assessments, treatment planning and collaborating with other providers are key components of position.

Skills/Requirements:
Bilingual preferred (Spanish & English)
Therapist must have a Masters degree from an accredited university and must be registered with the BBS as an ASW or IMF with a number.
Experience working with Severely Emotionally challenged youth and their families helpful
Knowledge of child development and clinical assessment tools helpful
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Anasazi experience
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Use of own car, as services take place throughout San Diego County.
Group Supervision available which meets BBS requirements for registered ASW/IMF.
