Description
Will be responsible for providing community-based quality clinical services, formulation, psychosocial assessments, and assuring appropriate therapeutic activities. Will work individually and as a part of a team to ensure that our clients are receiving the best care possible.
SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, risk assessment, clinical interventions, case management, coordination of therapeutic activities.
2. Responsible for maintaining and overseeing a regular caseload of clients
3. Provides psychotherapy to clients using a variety of modalities (including individual, group, family, etc.)
4. Provides evaluation, diagnostic, and treatment planning services.
5. Participates in supervisory and case consultation sessions.
6. Maintains appropriate case files and agency records in accordance with contract and agency requirements; prepares reports as necessary.

Skills
Must be registered as ACSW or MFTI with the BBS. LCSW or LMFT preferred. Strong clinical background with experience working in an intensive, community based mental health program. Strong knowledge of DMH paperwork, policies and procedures, flexibility and desire to work in the field/community setting. Experience with chronically ill clients with psychosis, major depression, conduct disorder and severe depression strongly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED.

Available to work evenings/weekends as needed. Must have valid CA driver’s license, acceptable driving records, and proof of auto insurance.
