The Flexible Integrated Treatment (FIT) works with youth up to the age of 21 on Medi-Cal who are experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties. Therapists and treatment team members work with youth and their families in a family-focused, strength-based approach.
We are looking for a full-time Therapist to join our Flexible Integrated Team in Sacramento.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Provides individual/group therapy as needed; 50% of caseload will occur on site – 50% in home/school/community settings.
• Transport children and families in personal vehicle as necessary.
• Requires strong time management and organizational skills.
• Work with families/team/schools in development of treatment plans.
• Work closely with clinical team.
• Be familiar with appropriate therapeutic interventions and therapy models.
• Provide after hours on-call crisis services on a rotational basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• MA/MS in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field; experience with children a plus. Registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as a MFTI or ASW; recent MA/MS graduate pending BBS registration (application must have already been submitted). Weekly group and individual clinical supervision are provided to individuals seeking hours toward licensure. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a provider of mental health services.
• Bilingual is preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license, current vehicle insurance and driving record acceptable to Turning Point’s vehicle insurance company and the Vehicle Driving and Maintenance Policy.
• Possesses and maintains a safe and reliable form of vehicular transportation excluding motorcycles.
