General Responsibilities:
- Maintain standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.
- Maintain positive work relationships in a respectful and collaborative manner.
- Maintain good communication to ensure others have necessary information.
- Sensitivity to working with culturally diverse populations.
- Good verbal/written skills.
- Basic computer literacy skills. Utilize computer applications in a Windows environment such as Microsoft Office and email.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.
- Time management and professional presentation.
- Self-motivated and willing to expand case load (referrals will be provided).
- Handle other responsibilities as assigned to support business development as needed.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field
- BBS-registered associate (intern #)
- Positive references
- Willing to take over current active case load of 10-15 clients and build up to 25 client hours per week (additional referrals provided)
- Available M-TH between 11am and 8pm as scheduled (Fri/Sat/Sun – Office Closed)

POSITION SUMMARY: The Therapist is responsible for assessing and monitoring client behavior while in treatment for chemical and alcohol abuse and dependency.
