Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed or associate Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Professional Clinical Counselor registered with the BBS. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and effective therapy to individuals and families, with a focus on strength-based, family-centered approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial intake assessments.
- Provide strength-based family-centered therapy to clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Create and maintain an organized client schedule.
- Participate in discharge planning and follow-up care.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed or associate Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Professional Clinical Counselor registered with the BBS.
- Experience in mental health therapy, including individual and family therapy.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
