Turning Point Community Programs (TPCP) has offered a path to mental health since 1976. SUMMARY: The Clinical Specialist is responsible for insuring that the clinical and case management needs of clients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse issues are met and that they achieve their goals through best practices such as motivational interviewing, harm reduction, and any other evidence based practices available. Clinical Specialist will also be responsible for providing some case management responsibilities to a modified case load when fully staffed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, human relations, or related field; must be licensed or license eligible as either LCSW/ASW, Psychologist or MFT/MFTI. Minimum of two years’ experience as a provider of mental health services.
