Crittenton has over 50 years of service! Crittenton Services is seeking a Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Outpatient Therapist for our Pomona(SPA 3) area.

Position Summary: Counsels individuals, groups and/or family regarding psychological or emotional problems, develops and implements therapeutic treatment plan in various settings in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and standards of practice, and conducts assessments and/or screens relevant to the population being served or program.

Essential Duties:

  • Provides individual, group and family therapy.
  • Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
  • Develops a comprehensive psychosocial assessment.
  • Conducts assessments and screens as required, depending on program Provides crisis intervention consultation to all members of the team.
  • Assists in maintaining client and milieu safety.
  • Provides timely and accurate documentation as required by payment source.
  • Provides services in campus settings, as well as in the field, including client home, community setting, or other venue.
  • Transports clients to appointments and activities as required.

Outpatient Therapist Qualifications:

Doctorate or Master’s Degree in related field of human services required. Must be licensed eligible or registered intern. Ph.D., LCSW, or MFT preferred. Bilingual Spanish Required. Must have a valid California Driver’s License with no restrictions. Pass Federal/State Criminal Records Clearance.
