We are a small group practice in CA with a focus on true trauma informed care, working with the LGBTQIA2S+ community, non-monmonogamy, kink/bdsm, sex workers, neurodiversity, chronic illness/pain, fat liberation and in general communities that have been pathologized.
Compensation is a 60/40 split (meaning your wage is created by 60/40 of your earnings hourly) generally starting about 75-90/hr does and you are a w-2 employee.
You are an associate (ACSW,AMFT,APCC) who is able to be supervised by a LCSW. This is a great opportunity for hours for an ACSW who has reached their limit of hours to be supervised by a LMFT.
Those who have lived experience, are part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, and BIPOC very much encouraged to apply. Those with private practice experience also encouraged to apply.
