Immediate opening(s) for Registered AMFT or APCC. Seeking registered associate(s) MFT/PCC to join my private practice in Hermosa Beach, CA. Looking for employee(s) interested and willing to build their caseload up to a minimum of (15 sessions/week) for both in person and/or online sessions.

Bonus points if you have experience with and/or interest in working with couples. Also, I practice through a holistic lens and would be happy to share my experience with you! If you are interested in learning the business of private practice in holistic therapy, this could be a great fit for you

Associate must be motivated to market and network! I can/will provide referrals as clinically appropriate and as I have them. However this experience and opportunity is for building your own private practice while utilizing my clinical support, business guidance/mentorship and supervision. You will be expected to generate your own referrals and learn the ins and outs of growing your own thriving private practice.

Position includes:

-Support to help you build a thriving practice that will transition into your own private practice once you are licensed and ready to be on your own or potentially join my practice, once licensed.
-Guidance with networking and marketing within our local community.
-Access to beautiful office spaces with many open days and times

-Client referrals through supervisor and other supervisees, when clinically appropriate.

-You will be able to accrue hours towards licensure in a beautiful space with an amazing team

Salary: split % (Average $80-$120+ session) DOE and set fees

Hours: Therapist must be available to build up to and hold AT LEAST 15 client sessions per week and will manage and set their own schedule. Willingness to be flexible as work hours and schedule may vary depending on client attendance/rescheduling.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Active, unrestricted, and registered associate number (MFT or PCC) in the State of CA.
Prior private practice experience is a plus, but not necessary.

Must live locally/ within driving distance of the office to meet for weekly supervision(s) and in person client sessions at least twice a week. Understanding that nights and weekends may be necessary to build your caseload and meet your clients needs
