*Job Description:*
Under general direction, provide assessment, diagnosis, prognosis, counseling and psychotherapeutic treatment for Behavioral Health Department clients; Clinician I is the entry level position that works under the direction of licensed staff. When an incumbent has obtained requisite experience and licensing, they may be promoted to Clinician II. Clinician II is a licensed therapist. The Clinician II has the same support system as the Clinician I when required/requested.

*Requirements:*
Possession of a valid CA BBS Intern number (Clinician I) or a valid California License (Clinician II) for MFT/I, ACSW/LCSW, or LPCC

_Salary_
Salary listed below is the entry level for Clinician I. Clinician II starts at $46,748 per year; however, it is negotiable with verified experience. We work on a Step Pay increase system with the ability to advance your income yearly.
