JOB DUTIES:
• Responsible for the clinical functions of The Bella PHP/IOP program
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team of providers, including: therapists, dietitians, Psychiatrists and nurses
• Provides individual, group, milieu and family therapy to patients
• Conducts psycho-educational groups
• Conduct initial consultations as assigned
• Develops case conference updates, individual treatment plans, and provides clinical information regarding residents at weekly treatment team and staff meetings
• Completes all necessary documentation to maintain resident health records
• Develops individual treatment goals, objectives, and interventions
• Provides meal support by modeling well-balanced eating for patients
• Provides crisis intervention as needed
• Supports and assists floor staff with milieu management
• Supports patients in activities of daily living
• Assists and supports in utilization review
• Perform other duties as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:
• MS, MA, PhD, or PsyD required
• Licensed MFT, LCSW, PhD, PsyD or Post Graduate MFT, PsyD, PHD
• Experience with the Eating Disorder population desirable
• Some clinical experience with trauma-related disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and substance abuse disorders desirable
• Works well in teams/cooperative
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Electronic Health Records system desirable
