Northern Valley Catholic Social Service is seeking Lead Therapist for our Gridley Wraparound program. Therapist will provide the clinical direction for the team while assisting youth and their families meet their family goals.

Under the direction of the Program Supervisor, the Therapist will conduct psychotherapy with clients of all ages, using various modalities including individual, family, child, and group therapy to work toward improving and restoring individual and family functioning.

Duties will include individual and family therapy in the home, office or other designated location. Case load will vary in size and clients may range between ages 0-18. Experience with EHR and Medi-Cal billing preferred. Position may include traveling to outlying areas of Butte County. Ideal candidate would have a good clinical background, work well within a team, able to meet paperwork deadlines and communicate well both verbally and in writing. Must be able to use a computer and have an ability to engage with many different cultures.

Bilingual in English/Spanish required. Wraparound team lead experience desired. All eligible candidates must currently be registered with the BBS and be in good standing.

Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. This position will be eligible for vacation, sick, pension and medical insurance including health, life, dental and vision. EOE
