New Alternatives, Inc. is a private nonprofit agency that provides a wide range of services to children, youth and families in San Diego and Orange Counties. Services include residential, outpatient, day treatment and in home support services.
Compensation depends on experience and skills.
Full-time Therapist position is available.
- Full time, BBS approved supervision.
- Out Patient County Mental Health Contract
- Provide dynamic in home therapeutic services to families in crisis.
- Excellent opportunity to work with youth , typically age 6 -17 yrs old.
- Provide therapy for the individual children, teens and their families.
- We serve youth from diverse backgrounds with a variety of needs.
- Collaborate with hospitals, schools, and other providers.
- Fast paced , dynamic environment.

- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
Skills/Requirements:
- Clinician must have a Masters degree from an accredited university and must be registered with the BBS as an ASW or IMF with a number.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Use of own car, as services take place throughout San Diego County.
