Position Summary: The Clinician is responsible for providing individual crisis services for youth in the Centralized Placement Support Unit (CPSU) of Child Protective Services (CPS). In this role, the clinician provides trauma-informed clinical support to youth who have recently been placed in protective custody or youth who are dependents of the court. Included in this population served are youth who are involved in Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC), or demonstrate frequent runaway behavior. The Clinician works closely with county social workers, parents, consulting, intake, and collaborating on client’s progress and treatment plans. The Clinician will also serve as a program consultant to the residential program.
