Position qualifications:
• MA, LPCC or MSW degree
• Must have an intern number if not licensed
Job Description: Clinical Therapist
The Therapist shall be responsible for the following:
• Psychosocial assessments
• Provide group, individual, family therapy
• Be self-motivated, creative and innovative
• Appraisal & Needs (have social worker sign and meet with them)
• Monthly Progress report (staff assignment and social worker)
• CD group 1 x week (boys & girls) (CD counselor)
• Process group 1-2 x week
• Contacts with County Social worker’s monthly
• Consult with Administrator, Facility Manager, PhD & Psychiatrist
• Individual sessions 2 x a week (girls)
• Task Analysis/ Treatment Plan for specific identified problems
• Quarterly Reports
• Case management duties as assigned.
• Talk with staff daily about behaviors, social skills and plans of actions, i.e. contracts, etc.
• Clinical Team Member
