POSITION: Direct Interventionist in Applied Behavior Analysis (IN HOME)

AVAILABLE: Monday-Friday or Saturday, variable schedule between 2pm-7pm

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Participate in a training program that provides instruction on Applied Behavior Analysis, Discrete Trial Training, Verbal Behavior, management of maladaptive behaviors, social skills training, and data collectionImplement 1:1 high quality behavior ABA programs to children and adults in their homes, and community settingsRecord data during Intervention SessionsContinued training and receive on-going supervision from specialistsCoach Parents Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) PrinciplesParticipate in Clinical Meetings, monthly trainings and quarterly staff meetingsWE

WE NEED:

Enthusiastic and passionate individualsBA/BS in Psychology/Counseling/ Early Intervention/ ABA/ Education/MFT
Experience with (special needs) Children and ABA
Self-motivated; honest; responsible; great communicator
Available times: open to variable hours in between 9am-7pm (at least 4 afternoons/evenings (between 2pm — 7pm)
Have a reliable car; and valid auto insurance
Pass the background check and health screenings
Committed for at Least 1 year
