– The School Based Therapist will provide individual counseling to students at multiple schools within the San Jose area as per their IEP services. This position requires an individual who has excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently as there is no supervisor on site. The therapist will set his or her own schedule during school hours and be paid at a per case rate with a caseload of approximately 15-20. The clinician must be either a licensed clinician (MFT, LCSW) or a registered MFTI or ASW, and must already have their masters or doctorate. Supervision is provided by a Licensed Clinician (supervision hours are unpaid) for MFTIs and ASWs. Bilingual applicants(Spanish/English) are highly desired
