We are currently seeking a part-time and full-time MFT Associate or Licensed Therapist (MFT/LCSW/PsyD/PhD) for both our teen and adult mental health programs. Note: We offer seasoned supervision for Associate MFTs.
Responsibilites May Include:
• Perform psychosocial assessments and create preliminary treatment plans
• Participate in multi-disciplinary implementation of individual treatment plans and update weekly – including measurable goals, interventions, family participation, and client goals for self
• Conduct individual, family/conjoint, and group psychotherapy sessions
• Ensure all clinical charting and records are completed in the appropriate timeframe
Requirements:
• Experience with mental health population
• Training in evidence-based practices
• Desire to participate as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team
• Ability to demonstrate respect for cultural and lifestyle diversity of clients and staff
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
