Residential Treatment Center in Murrieta is looking for qualified individuals for the position of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (IMF). The qualified individual will report to Program Director. Candidates should have experience in the following areas:

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2000 completed hours towards license. Proof of records will be required.

• Must be in good standing with the Behavioral Sciences.

• Up to date continuing education credits

• Experience with CBT techniques and Solution Focused Modalities a plus.

• Efficient knowledge in law and ethics.

• Experience in the field of substance abuse treatment.

• Reliable and dependable.

• Set and adhere to professional boundaries.

• Professional and personable communication skills.

• Ability to function as part of a team.

• Familiarity with the 12-step recovery philosophy.

• Ensure that client documents are completed and current.

• Accurate record keeping.

• Support Company philosophies, policies, and practices.

• Exercise good judgment in the performance of duties and responsibilities.

• Experience with basic computer skills. (word, excel, outlook, etc.)

• Familiar with KIPU EMR a plus.

• Able to lift 50 pounds.

• Able to pass pre-employment medical screening.
