We are diligently seeking a confident self-starter for immediate openings! We are looking for a Clinical Director/Therapist, Licensed or Pre-Licensed Therapist with supervision, who can work independently, conducting timely UR requirements i.e.; Bio-Psycho-Socials, Concurrent Reviews, Assessment Scales, Therapy Session, Family Sessions and Group Facilitation for (licensed for 12 client max) Sub-Acute Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Center. Also looking for a Therapist with same qualifications and requirements for Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Facility, also in Corona. Applicants must have experience in mental health and/or substance abuse field (grad school internship or otherwise) with outstanding Crisis Intervention and Resolution skills and the ability to learn and use our Electronic Medical Records (Allevasoft) and be very comfortable and proficient within many forms of these systems.

We are licensed by the Department of Health Care Services and we also have Joint Commission Accreditation. We are looking for someone who maintains excellent boundaries, integrity and works well independently as well as part of a team when needed and can assist our Substance Abuse Counselor/Program Manager in maintaining structure and bringing a positive modeling of leadership adding to a strength-based approach with our clients. Must be familiar with CBT, DBT, and other EBP. Applicant will also be expected to attain EMDR certification within first few months of employment. Salary is DEO.
