Marin Treatment Center (MTC), an outpatient behavioral health clinic has an opening for a therapist / clinician to join our substance use disorder treatment team. We are located in San Rafael and provide outpatient substance abuse and mental health services. Our treatment offerings include individual therapy, intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment, medication assisted treatment for opioid dependency and mental health and co-occuring therapy. We are seeking a BBS Registered or licensed clinician, or post-doctoral psychologist intern; we provide clinical supervision toward licensure for those registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing substance use disorder services in a harm reduction modality, a dedication to working with underserved populations, have experience working with dual-diagnosis populations, Experience working with electronic health records is required.

English/Spanish bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include providing individual therapy, case management, working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining knowledge of local community resources.
