Founded in 2009, TherapyWorks is a premier psychology practice offering counseling services to children,
teens, adults, couples, and families.
Position Summary: As part of a fun, engaging and professional multi-disciplinary treatment
team, the candidate for this position will provide assessment and counseling services to
children, teens, adults, couples and families.
Schedule: Part-time to full-time availability

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

LMFT, LCSW or PhD (registered associates with over 1500 will be considered)
Professional and passionate therapist
Motivated, committed, and energetic team player
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Minimum two-year commitment
Must currently not be working in a private practice

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide supportive, individualized and confidential therapy to children, teens, adults,

couples, families and groups.

Assessment, treatment planning, documentation and termination responsibilities
Maintain timely and accurate client records and calendar using practice software
Engage in collaborative coordination of care with clients, parents and support staff as

needed, including collateral communication with psychiatrists, teachers, etc.

Attend clinical staff meetings and work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team

making decisions and recommendations regarding client care

Maintain all legal and ethical requirements of the profession
Be flexible and receptive to change as part of an expanding and growing company
Must maintain personal malpractice insurance policy
Other duties as determined necessary

Compensation: Competitive compensation dependent on experience.
