Janz Family Therapy, Inc. is a new business and we are looking for an associate to grow with the clinic! The ideal candidate will be interested in learning how to work in a private practice that is primarily insurance-based. Full-time position. Child and family hours of experience offered. This position will start off being partly remote, with supervision provided in-person. We pay employees for documentation and administrative time; making our overall compensation package competitive.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Intake and assessment
Conducting mental health treatment based on a treatment plan
Documentation and clinical note writing
Supervision and consultation participation
Completing training as necessary
Available on-call for client crisis and case management
Marketing & networking
Administrative duties related to clinical work
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

MFT, PCC Associate Registration Number
Completed Master Degree in Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling or a related field
Experience, knowledge, skills and abilities working with culturally diverse populations preferred
Candidates have some training and experience using CBT and/or willingness to receive additional training and supervision
Strong Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and willingness to learn and develop skills using electronic recordkeeping system for client charting
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
