Associates must be motivated to building a private practice and want to network with other professionals- as what you put into building a business is what you are going to get out of it. Some referrals will come from the my over flow of clients, but associate must want to seek out referrals.
Fee is a 50/50 split based on each individual clients rate and case loads vary depending on how many clients you want to see

We are in need of a therapist for our CBT Probation program at Gardner Health Services. This program provides individual and group therapy to clients who are referred from Santa Clara County adult probation. No case management and minimal paperwork for this position. Currently this work will mostly be done via telehealth however staff are required to be in office for trainings and other activities. Position is full time and we provide BBS supervision.
