Provide therapeutic services to children and adolescents enrolled in the Wraparound program.

Develop and implement client treatment plans/case management. Maintain detailed records of significant contacts, incidents, relationships, treatment team meetings, group and individual sessions, and case management activity. (e.g., mental health documentation). Complete MediCal documentation within the Department of Mental Health timelines. Available to handle crisis situations that may arise during working and non-working (24/7 on-call) hours. Develop a therapeutic relationship with each client. Assess individual needs and assist in meeting needs. Develop treatment plans and coordinate mental health services. Other duties as assigned or required for successful implementation of the Wraparound Approach Services and County Mental Health Services contracts
Skills
Qualified candidates will be bilingual (English and Spanish), have a Master of Science or Master of Arts degree in Social Work or Psychology (MSW/MFT), must be registered with the BBS, and have a record free of criminal conviction.
