Primary Responsibilities:
Provide basic information via phone to members regarding their behavioral health benefits Take 25 to 45 calls per day Document all calls Refer the members to the appropriate contact for their county Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in the Behavioral Health field (Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services). Must be able to navigate a windows environment and utilize Microsoft Office in a professional setting. The ability to type 35
– 45 WPM (or more). 5+ years of behavioral health field experience with direct client contact (by phone or in person). Bilingual fluency with English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:
Call Center experience. Registered intern with BBS. ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) Certified. Crisis Center experience. Careers with Optum. Here’s the idea.
