Togetherness Therapy is seeking an AMFT or ACSW to join our team in Orange County (virtual and in-person). The clinician must live in the Orange Country area for twice monthly, in-person meetings.

We are looking for a clinician who is sex-positive, interested in learning more about sex therapy, highly clinically skilled, a self-starter, and business-minded (marketing and networking required).

Supervision (by Dr. Rossana Sida) is in person and virtual in Tustin. Referrals to clients will be provided but you will also be monitored on your ability to bring clients in. Supervision will include sex therapy training, relationship counseling training, how to run a successful private practice, and how to market yourself.

You will be paid an hourly rate of $17 per hour and 25% per client session for 10 or fewer full-fee clients. When you have 11 or more full-fee clients, you will be paid the hourly rate and 35% per client session. When you have 21 or more full-fee clients, you will be paid the hourly rate and 45% per client session. All applicants must be able to hold a minimum of 10 clients at all times with an interest to grow to full-time.
