Description
The Clinician is responsible for providing quality clinical services, formulation, psychosocial assessments, and assuring appropriate therapeutic activities. Will work individually and as a part of a team to ensure that our clients are receiving the best care possible.
SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, risk assessment, clinical interventions, case management, coordination of therapeutic activities.
2. Responsible for maintaining and overseeing a regular caseload of clients
3. Provides psychotherapy to clients using a variety of modalities (including individual, group, family, etc.)
4. Provides evaluation, diagnostic, and treatment planning services.
5. Participates in supervisory and case consultation sessions.
6. Maintains appropriate case files and agency records in accordance with contract and agency requirements; prepares reports as necessary.

Skills
Must be registered as ACSW or MFTI with the BBS. LCSW or LMFT preferred. Must be able to work effectively with multidisciplinary professionals. Previous experience with the Department of Mental Health (DMH) preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Must have valid CA driver’s license, acceptable driving records, and proof of auto insurance.
