Pathways is a leading provider of behavioral health services for children, teens, young adults, and their families. Pathways Catalyst Program serves Transition Age Youth (TAY), ages 16-25yrs, who experience a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and are homeless OR at risk of being homeless. We are seeking a full-time, pre-licensed therapist. The qualified person who fills this position will have the ability to use their skills and knowledge in a unique capacity, providing a comprehensive and integrated range of mental health interventions. This person will provide clinical services to participants with SMI, coordinate care with the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team, provide therapeutic treatment, assist with daily living skills, document all services (i.e. BHA, Client Plan, Progress Notes). This person must have strong clinical and interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal skills. Services are individualized and strength based, including community linkages and support. Position requires a Masters Degree from an accredited school in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field, minimum requirement of 2 years of related experience in mental health services, and must be registered as an MFT intern or Social Worker Associate. Position also requires the use of your own vehicle, valid CA driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record. We operate on a 24/7/365 service model.
