Paradise Oaks Youth Services, a level 12 residential treatment facility for adolescents, is searching for qualified candidates to fill a full time Social Worker/Therapist position. The Social Worker/Therapist will be responsible for providing case management services and individual and group therapy for assigned residents. Will be responsible for completing documentation, which includes quarterly reports, progress notes, and needs and services plans. Must be available for on-call rotation. Experience with the AVATAR billing system preferred.
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree and be registered with the BBS as an MFT Intern or ASW, or be licensed as an MFT or LCSW.
