Private Practice Associate

Rivers Marriage and Family Therapy

I am looking for an AMFT to join my Pasadena practice seeing adult individuals, couples, and families. I am excited to help you to grow your own private practice in a supportive environment with interest in your development as a therapist. I am offering a competitive salary (starting at a 50/50 fee split). The position is remote, but there are also days when the Pasadena office could be available for you to meet with clients in person.

Please reach out if you are passionate, highly motivated, dependable, and able to fulfill the following requirements:

-Participate in weekly supervision

-Maintain current AMFT licensure

-Keep clinical documentation current

-Communicate with clients, families, and coworkers

-Have a working knowledge of the laws and ethics of the profession

-Conduct individual, family, and/or couple therapy sessions

-Use professional knowledge in the evaluation of individuals, families, and couples

-Build and maintain a caseload of 20 clients/week
