Northern California’s most reputable behavioral health organization with over 30 years of experience treating substance use disorders, eating disorders and co-occurring disorders is currently accepting masters level therapist candidates (both licensed AND unlicensed) for its Residential treatment programs located in Orangevale, Fair Oaks, and Granite Bay, CA.

Responsibilities include individual, family, couples and group psychotherapy as well as conducting intake assessments and utilization review. Applicants must demonstrate excellent potential for being creative and productive team members, and must embrace a client centered treatment approach.

Our treatment philosophy is firmly rooted in empirically validated methodologies such as Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness. We balance these core therapy approaches with holistic Experiential Therapies such as Equine Assisted Therapy, Yoga, Qi Gong, Massage, Fitness, Acupuncture, Life Coaching, Music Therapy, Art Therapy, Mindful Meditation, and Nutrition education, while always tailoring the treatment plans to meet the unique needs of our clients.

AMFT, MFT, ACSW, and APCC Trainees with experience in the Substance Abuse/Mental Health field preferred. Full time positions are available, and evening/weekend hours may be required.
