Requirements
∞ Must be a team player

∞ Applicants who have a separate private practice or are a part of another group practice are not a good fit.
∞ Weekly supervision with Clinical Supervisor is required.
∞ Sherman Oaks and Woodland Hills.
∞ Bilingual a plus (especially Spanish).
∞ Preferably someone who has passed the Law and Ethics exam.
∞ 800 + hours (please state in the cover letter the number of hours you have completed).
∞ Requires to work two week nights and Saturdays until 2 pm.
Skills
∞ To provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families
∞ Experience with couple’s therapy
∞ Experience with group therapy
∞ Willing to offer anger management groups (will be trained and certified)
∞ Willingness to work with teens. Children is a plus.
∞ Armenian or Spanish speaking is a plus
Responsibilities
∞ Provide therapy services.
∞ Maintain office hours that are conducive to client needs.
∞ Maintain proper file documentation practices and electronic health records. Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours and no later than 72 hours of date of service.
∞ To be punctual to sessions with clients.
Benefits and Pay
∞ This position is a w-2 position, and does include paid sick time.
∞ Two- week vacation time will be provided to employees working full-time: 32 or more hours per week for one year.
∞ Medical coverage will be provided for employees working 20 or more hours per week.
∞ Malpractice insurance will be covered for all employees.
∞ $17/hour for non-clinical hours such as staff meetings and training.
∞ $30/ hour + commission for clinical hours. With 17 clients a week, the clinical hour with commission is $40-$45 per hour.
∞ Commission option available with 8+ clients per week.
∞ Clients will be provided for you.
∞ Work phone will be provided for you.
