Associate Clinician (AMFT, ACSW or APCC)

Job Description:

Feelings and Rainbows is currently seeking an Associate Clinician for our small non-profit group practice in Fullerton. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly ambitious, self-directed individual to enjoy the benefits of a private practice setting.

Position may be 100% remote or a combination of remote and in-person, based on the Associate Clinician’s preference and office space availability. Those that want to work in-person must be available to see clients on Monday’s and/or Fridays.

This is an inclusive space focusing on working with LGBTQIA folks but if you already have a specialty, please feel free to also apply. We are seeking to create a diverse work culture that closely matches the diversity of our clients. We encourage folks from all backgrounds to apply to ensure we get the best, most creative talent on our team.

Case load will be a combination of in-person clients and telehealth. You will be provided some referrals but also encouraged to do you own networking. Benefits include flexible scheduling, 1:1 and group supervision. You must be available for at least one of our weekly group supervision meetings.

Qualifications:

Currently registered as an associate with the BBS in the state of California.
A strong background in working with diverse clients (i.e. LGBTQI, multicultural, poly, etc.)
Committed to affirming equality and diversity

Compensation: Base pay of $20 per hour plus a portion of the session fee collected for face to face hours with clients.
