The Therapist provides center-based therapy services to children up to age 18 and their families to support the client and family in meeting their mental health goals. Therapy is focused on healing mental health issues such as post-traumatic stress disorder, problems in the parent-child relationship, or other social-emotional challenges with the ultimate goal of restoring children and families to a healthy level of functioning. The Therapist provides written documentation of all client, family and case management contacts, and meets Medi-cal documentation standards in writing of notes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Licensed MFT/LCSW/Psychologist, ASW, MFT Intern or Psychological Assistant.
-Bilingual (Spanish) required.
-Must have valid CA drivers’ license, clean DMV, and criminal record clearance from DOJ.

POSITION INFORMATION:

This is a full time (40 hours/week) position based in CALM’s Santa Maria office. Salary is DOE. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid holidays, PTO, and a 403(b).
