BACR is looking for up to 4 mental health counselors to work in our school based programs in 2017 starting in mid-August. We have current openings for a counselor to work in an elementary and middle school as well as a high school in Marin.

These will be a part time positions working 2 to 4 days a week.

Counselors must be experienced in working with youth in a school setting. Must have strong clinical skills, communication skills and ability to work well with both youth and families and school staff. Applicant do not need to be licensed but must be a registered intern with BBSE with prior school based experience.

Bi-lingual (Spanish-English) and bi-cultural candidates are encouraged to apply.

Our BACR clinical services are provided in schools from Marin City to Novato. We hire clinicians who reflect the culture of the youth and families we serve whenever possible.

Work begins mid-August and runs through June 22, 2018. The position is on-going with time off during the school breaks and summer.

Salary commensurate with experience.
