We are looking for two or three associate-level and fully-licensed clinicians to join our thriving group practice and become part of our work family! For associates, weekly individual or triadic supervision will be provided. For licensed therapists, weekly peer consultation will be provided. We will send you any well-matched client referrals that we can, though you will be responsible for bringing in your own clients as well. In addition to client hours, we pay for admin. duties, supervision/consultation, and team meetings.

All positions require:

-An active associate registration or license with the BBS of the state of California.

-Availability to work evenings and weekends.

-Enthusiasm to work from a relational approach

-Leading one group for a topic/population of your interest or specialty

-A weekly minimum of 12 direct client hours/two days per week for part-time clinicians, or an average of 25 direct client hours/four to five days per week for full-time clinicians.

Preferred:

-3 years training/experience working with marginalized populations in social justice oriented work and familiarity with traumas associated with systemic oppression.

– previous training and experience working with LGBTQIA+ folks, polyamory and consensual non-monogamy, BDSM, kink, etc.

-previous experience and training in Relational Gestalt therapy and/or PACT therapy with couples

-Experience and desire to work with teens, adults, couples/intimate relationships, and/or families
