Seeking Trauma Trained Associate MFT/PCC/or CSW local to Davis or the greater Sacramento Area for a Part-Time Position:

Connecting Pathways Trauma and Marriage Therapy, INC is seeking to hire a part-time, in-person associate for the Davis location! If you’re an associate seeking to further your knowledge on working with complex trauma, dissociation, and couples while dipping your toes into working in a private practice, I’d be happy to help you on your journey.

Pay:

-Base rate for non-client hours will be $20

-Clinicians will be paid up to a 50/50 bonus for client hours based on clients seen (ex: if based on your experience we have you charge $120-140 for a client hour, you would be receiving up to $60-70 for that client hour)

Candidates must:

-Be local to the Davis, CA area

-Have a valid associate’s number or be able to obtain one by the start date

-Have interest in working with complex trauma and couples

-Have some knowledge in or be interested in developing knowledge in IFS and/or EMDR

-Have the ability to see clients in-person at high volume clients hours (ie: weeknights/weekends)

-Caseload expectations would be working up to seeing 20-25 clients weekly.

-Associates will receive free supervision under a LMFT, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician, trained in IFS, EMDR, EFT, polyvagal theory and more

-Associates will receive 40 hours of paid sick-leave upon passing a 90 day probation period

-Associates will trained in business skills needed to run a private practice
