The Help Group, one of California’s leading non-profit agencies, is seeking a Therapist to join our innovative and dynamic Wraparound clinical team at our Culver City campus! The Wraparound Program serves DMH-referred children, adolescents and families. Services include counseling, psychotherapy, case coordination and management, and family advocacy, delivered by a multidisciplinary team. Most individual and family services and interventions are delivered in a variety of settings: home, school, community and occasionally in agency offices.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Providing individual and/or family assessment and clinical support to children who are at risk of
abuse and/or neglect and children with severe emotional difficulties - Providing individual/family treatment in both home and community-based settings, as well as within an office environment to children and adolescents with a wide range of psychological, emotional and behavioral problems
- Providing group treatment, parent support groups and parenting education classes; ensure 24-hour availability and crisis intervention on an as needed basis

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSES:
- LMFT or LCSW with a minimum of one year of experience working with children adolescents and families
- OR: MSW or MFT Intern, registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences, with two years’ experience preferred, working with ages 0-15 and their families
- Familiarity with principles of family-centered, strengths-based services
- Ability to function as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to provide home-based and field-based services
- Ability to work evening hours at least 2 days a week to provide treatment services
- Fluency in Spanish preferred, but not needed
- Familiarity with DMH documentation a plus
- Valid CA Driver License and clean driving record, acceptable to Agency’s insurance carrier
