Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Primary Therapist to join our compassionate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with medical professionals, case managers, and other therapists
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
- Stay current with best practices in mental health therapy
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensed or license-eligible (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) in California
- Associates also accepted
- Experience in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to holistic and client-centered care
